NEUS GRANDIA
Neus Grandia is a visual artist exploring the duality of figuration and abstraction in the production of images that are reflections on the workings of the sub-conscious mind.
Her inspiration has always derived from daily life and everyday experiences.
Having used photography as a mean of artistic expression, she began making prints in Maison de la Gravure Mediterranée (Montpellier) encouraged to work in an experimental way under the guidance of Walter Barrientos.
Currently a member of Oxford Printmakers, her work is mainly collagraph which allow the artist to intuitively create and develop textures letting the materials used lead her.
